ETHEL JOHNSON AND GEORGE B. MILLER WED WEDNESDAY- Miss Ethel S Johnson of Canova and George B Miller of Howard were married at St Agatha's Catholic church in Howard on Wednesday morning, December 29, 1926, at nine o'clock, by the Rev Father Stecher. About sixty close relatives and friends witnessed the marriage ceremony and later attended a reception held for the couple at the home of the bride's parents in Canova.
Miss Alice Johnson of Canova, sister of the bride, and Herman Miller of Roswell, brother of the groom, attended the couple at the marriage alter. The bride was dressed in white satin faced crepe trimmed with pearls and French shadon lace and carried a boquet of red and white roses. The bridesmaid's costume was of blue canton crepe trimmed with white, with hat to match.
A three course wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride's parents in Canova following the ceremony. The house was tastily decorated in blue and white. Misses Mabel Clark and Isabel Severson, friends of the bride, served.
