Mrs Miller was widely known in the commnity to which she had lived and labored for so many years. To know her was to love her for the many inestimable qualities which she possessed and exemplified in her life. She always had a pleasant smile and kindly greeting for everyone which all who knew her well, will long remember, and now, that she is gone will greatly miss. She was an earnest, practical Catholic and never, durning the time of her long and useful life did she waver in loyalty to that faith, but performed her duties as an obligation member, diligently and to the best of her ability. This to her was a labor of love and was the object of her thought and life. In every church work she was there to assist and was a frequent contributor to the want and need of the Holy Mother church.
On Wednesday, a large concourse of friends followed the remains to St Mary church where Rev Father Minch celebrated Requiem High Mass, then read the beautiful service for the dead and preached an eloquent sermon over the remains, testifying to the many christinan qualities of the deceased.
