Obituary-Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 10.30 a.m. Friday at St Joseph Cathedral for Joseph M Miller, 77, formerly of 527 N. Prairie Ave. He died at a Howard nursing home, Tuesday. Mr. Miller was born April 7, 1890 at St. Mary's IA. He married Lena Croat in 1915 in Granville, IA where he operated a restaurant. They moved to Sioux Falls in 1945. Mrs Miller died in 1965. He is survived by five brothers, Henry of Sioux Falls, Otto, Herman, Frank, all of Howard and John of Huron and a sister. Mrs Thresia Peschong, of Howard.
Parish rosary will be recited at 7.30 a.m. and Knights of Columbus office of the dead at 8 p.m. Thursday at the Barnett Funeral Home.
