George Victor Dinslage was born February 24, 1904 at Aloys, Cuming County, Nebraska, the oldest child and only son of Herman and Mary Miller Dinslage.
George moved with his family from Cuming County to Boone County, Nebraska to the Albion Community when he was a child.
George left the Albion area moving to Seattle, Wahgington in the thirties. He worked with a friend cutting timber, on land they contracted, living in a tent city.
George then worked as a carpenter building the first mall in Seattle. He then worked as a carpenter on his own, building his house and apartment building.
George was married in 1952 to Mary Kinney, they had no children.
Failing health forced George to retire at age 62, he died a short while later of a heart attack.
