She had her Reception of Habit on August 9, 1898 and her Perpetual Profession on July 29, 1906. She died March 29, 1965 at St. Clement's Hospital, Red Bud, Illinois, and was buried April 1, 1965 in the Convent Cemetery in Ruma, Illinois.
She had her diamond jubilee of Religious Profession in 1960 in the Convent Chapel, Sisters Adores of The Most Precious Blood., Ruma., Illinois. Her religious name was Sister Raphael Mueller.

About death of a sister.
Sister Raphael Mueller, Ad. PP.S., died March 29, 1965 at St. Clement's Hospital, Red Bud, Illinois, of a cardiac condition. Sister entered the congregation of the Sisters Adores of the Most Precious Blood in 1896. Sister Raphael taught for 45 years in the parochial schools conducted by the Ruma province, and for the last twenty years has had lighter duties at St. Vincent Memorial Hospital, Taylorville, and later, in partial retirement, at St. Clement's Hospital, Red Bud.
The funeral was celebrated at the Provincial Motherhouse in Ruma on April 1 at 10:30 a.m., with interment in the convent cemetery.
